Rana Suit Reappears With New Witness Claims (May 12, 2026)

May 12, 2026 · 2m 16s · Listen

The Rana suit is back — and, apparently, so are the witnesses. Welcome to Banker Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Watch — and no, this was not dead. Chirayu Rana, Lorna Hajdini, JPMorgan — now we’ve got new claims and new names in the mix, so let’s separate what’s alleged from what would actually matter in court. I just want to know who’s still planted at their desk while this is blowing up. That’s usually the part the bank doesn’t say out loud. This one's from New York Post:

Ex-JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana has filed what he claims is new evidence supporting his sex abuse allegations against executive Lorna Hajdini — including one anonymous friend who claimed he was invited for a threesome.

The anonymous witness statements contain details and quotes, and describe alleged encounters with Hajdini in September 2024.

The lawsuit — which JPMorgan insists is entirely fabricated — suddenly reappeared in the Manhattan Supreme Court docket on Monday after it was filed and then quickly pulled last week.

Quick follow-up on Rana’s JPMorgan fight: the filing that vanished from the docket last week is back in Manhattan Supreme Court, now with anonymous witness statements attached. New York Post has the story. Anonymous witnesses, a threesome invitation, a filing that gets pulled and then shows back up — this thing is moving like somebody’s still deciding how to play it. JPMorgan is still saying the whole thing is fabricated. And in a legal brief, that’s not just noise — they’re signaling they plan to prove that, not merely repeat it. And Hajdini is still in the executive seat. That’s the clue. If the bank thought the internal exposure was real, you’d expect the administrative leave dance and the vague LinkedIn goodbye by now.
