May 05, 2026 · 1m 28s · Listen

A refiled JPMorgan complaint is now putting graphic allegations side by side with flat denials — and that clash is the story today.

This is Banker Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Watch. Today, we’re tracking the latest filing turn in Chirayu Rana’s workplace-misconduct case against JPMorgan Chase and Lorna Hajdini — mainly, what changed in the complaint, and what’s being disputed.

Let’s get into it.

Right — start with the refiled complaint.

From Pressbee:

Doe alleges that Hajidini threatened to ruin his career if he didn't sleep with her, and made graphic remarks about performing a sex act on him at his desk. The banker also accuses his supervisor of making racially charged remarks about keeping the firm "strong and white" and questioning whether he would ever be allowed to lead deals. Lornan's lawyers deny the allegations.

And that’s where “alleges” has to stay front and center. The lawyers deny it. But if any part of this holds up, you’re talking about an ugly collision of workplace power, sex, race, and retaliation claims inside one of the biggest banks in the world.
