Angel City’s off-field machine keeps growing — the real question is whether the pitch is growing with it. Welcome to the Angel City Daily Fancast. Today we’re talking power, community, and whether all this infrastructure is actually turning into wins. Julie Uhrman is on the LA500 again, and there’s a community clinic on the books too. The brand story is there — so is the table. Flagship club energy. Let’s see if it’s earned. Los Angeles Business Journal writes:
During her tenure, Angel City established the highest revenue in the NWSL and generated over $3.9 million for community impact through its unique 10% sponsorship model. In early 2026, Uhrman transitioned from her role as chief executive to principal advisor to the club’s ownership, while continuing to serve on the ACFC board to shape the franchise’s long-term vision.
Julie Uhrman’s on the LA500 again — three years running — and the blurb goes straight to the $250 million valuation and the performance center. Very Business Journal of them. And the part you almost miss: she’s no longer CEO. She moved to principal advisor earlier this year, and that’s a real change in who’s steering this club day to day. The valuation and the revenue records are real — highest revenue in the NWSL is nothing to sneeze at. But that’s the old story now. I want to see what this post-Uhrman front office looks like, and whether the soccer side keeps pace with the infrastructure she built. Here's Angel City Football Club at Angel City Football Club:

Angel City’s got a free community clinic Saturday morning, May 16th, at Terasaki Budokan in Little Tokyo. It runs from 9:30 to 10:30, and it’s co-ed for kids ages six to twelve, all skill levels. Terasaki Budokan is a great spot for this — right in a neighborhood that doesn’t always get the big-club outreach. This is what flagship behavior looks like. ACFC Coach Network is running it with LA City Rec and Parks, and that’s real infrastructure, not a photo op.
