“Some sloppy play today but she’s still got it. Once she gets her three pointer back with consistency the Fever will be a problem.” — r/wnba (33 upvotes)
Our take: We’re with this: the handle, pace and paint craft looked very real, even if the jumper wasn’t fully synced yet. The scary part for the rest of the league is that 20-7-5 can look like a tune-up game for her.
“She's hit the point where the game slows down for her now and CC gonna be a *serious problem* from here in out.” — r/wnba (11 upvotes)
Our take: That spin move did have the “game slowing down” feel, but we’d still put one foot on the brake until the turnovers and three-point rhythm settle. Serious problem, yes — fully terrifying version, probably still loading.
