“Regular season Snell be like:” — r/Dodgers (205 upvotes)
Our take: The joke lands because the pattern is getting uncomfortable. Snell’s ceiling is still enormous, but Dodgers fans were promised October impact, not another May episode of Pitcher Body Horror.

Our take: It’s a viciously funny line, and the timing really does feel cursed. We’d be careful about saying he rushed back for a giveaway night, but the optics are pure Dodgers injury bingo.
“You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve never even heard of this injury before and suddenly every pitcher seems to need it. We’re gonna have to trade for another starter right? Our minor league backups are all injured too and so is Glasnow. Any idea if he can return this year?” — r/Dodgers (90 upvotes)
Our take: That anxiety is fair. When Snell, Glasnow, and the backup plans all have medical question marks, the front office doesn’t have to panic-trade in May — but it absolutely has to start pricing rotation help.
