Hillsborough County has extended its dengue emergency through Oct. 8, while experts quoted by ABC News say Florida's 190 locally acquired cases through Sept. 19 likely understate infections. Pinellas and Pasco are also waiving residential tire disposal fees to remove mosquito breeding sites.
