Our take: We get why that jumped out: in a credibility-heavy case, sloppy press quotes from a lawyer become part of the theater. But typos and awkward emails are not evidence; they just make the evidence fight look messier.

Our take: This is exactly the danger zone: every new lurid detail gets clicks before it gets tested. We can cover the filing without pretending the loudest version of either side has already won.
